Improving on certified rate of plates rolled from 16Mn CC Slabs

本文分析了造成电炉冶炼的16Mn连铸坯轧制厚板合格率低,出现裂纹与凹坑等废品的原因,并提出了相应措施。这些措施采用后,取得了满意效果和显著的经济效益。

In this paper,we analysed the cause of the cracks and depressions Occurring in the plates from 16Mn slab,which had made the certified rate of the plates rolled lower,and some appropriate measures were also suggested. After adopting these measures,we have got a satisfied result and remarkable economic efficiency.
