Effective ways to enhance billet CC's productivity

本文通过对影响小方坯连铸生产能力的因素的分析,确认了连浇炉数、浇注速度及设备作业率为凌钢影响方坯连铸生产能力的主要因素;阐述了生产中针对诸因素所采取的改进措施及其效果;提出了提高连铸生产能力的有效途径。

With analysing the factors affecting the billet CC's productivity,the present article confirmed that the number of casting sequences, casting speed and operating rate of equipments were the main factors affecting the capability of CC at Lingyuan Iron and Steel Co. ,expounded some measures adopted according to the above aspects for improvement as well as their efficiency ,and also presented some effective ways to raise the productivity of CC.
