板坯连铸机改为可浇矩形坯的改造设计

Redesign for making slab CC able to cast rectangular bloom

本文介绍了安阳钢铁公司第二炼钢厂4号饭坯连铸机改为矩形坯连铸机的改造设计内容。根据4号板坯连铸机的特点,该设计主要对结晶器、二冷导向段等部件作了改造设计,便于灵活地重改为浇铸板坯。实践证明,该设计实现了少投入、多产出的目的,并取得了较好的经济效益。

This paper intruduced a redesign for making # 4 slab CC Versatile to cast rectangular bloom at 2nd Steel Plant Anyang Iron and Steel Co. According to # 4 CC features, its mould, second cooling part and so on were redesigned. After modified the rectangular bloom CC can easy be restored slab one. This redesign has realized the goal of less in investing and more in turning out and achieved better economical efficiency.
