摘要 我国糠醛精制装置存在装置能耗高、精制油收率低、质量差、剂耗大、腐蚀严重等问题均与糠醛氧化、变质有关.该文通过分析糠醛氧化、变质的原因,提出了用N_2气提回收溶剂、原料气提脱气脱水、密封等改进措施. It was pointed out that the problems such as high energy and solvent consurmption, low refined oil yield and poor puoduct quality, as well as severe corrosion ,etc. in furfural refining puo-cess, all were connected with the furfural oxidation, The reason of the furfuroxidation was analyzed, and measures for improvements were presented, such as N2 stripping to recover solvent,N2 stripping out air and water which dissolved in feedstock and N2 blanketing.
