摘要
研究了环烷酮与五氯化磷经一步反应合成1-氯代环烯烃的方法。通过考察反应物配比、反应温度、时间和溶剂等各种因素对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,使得1-氯代环戊烯和1-氯代环己烯的合成收率分别达到72%和87%。
In this report, the reaction of cycloalkanone with phosphorus pentachloride to give 1-chlorocycloalkene was studied under the different reaction conditions, such as, amount of reactant, solvent, reaction temperature and length of reaction time etc 1-Chlorocyclopentene and 1-chlorocyclohexene were obtained in 72% and 87% yield, respectively, under the optimal reaction condition
