摘要
延长大型成套装置的运行周期和服役寿命,提高其运行可靠性,对增加装置的经济效益意义十分重大。本文就从国外引进的300,000t/a乙烯裂解装置多块吊耳在服役3万小时左右出现严重裂纹,甚至断裂事件,在现场测试,材料性能试验和高温断裂分析的基础上,对吊耳进行了优化设计,并已在现场获得应用。
It is economically important to extend the operation term, the service life and enhance the operation reliability of a large-scale apparatus. Since serious cracks and breaking was found after 30000 hours service, the hangers of the 300000 t/a ethene cracking apparatus imported abroad is optimally redesigned on the basis of measuring in situ, material property tests and high temperature rupture analysis, and this design has already been applied by Yangzi Petro-Chemical Co.
