摘要 本文根据全科医学的特征和原则探讨了社区实践教学在全科医学教学中的作用和地位。笔者认为,同传统的医学教育模式相比,全科医学更强调社会、家庭和心理因素在疾病预防和治疗中的作用。合格的全科医生除了能进行常见病、多发病的诊治外,还必须具各处理社区、家庭问题及个人行为和心理问题的能力,这些能力的培养很难通过传统的课堂讲授的方式来解决,只有进行社区实践才能获得。文章介绍了我校94级全科医学教改试点班社区实践教学的具体做法,并就存在的问题提出了建议。 According to the characteristics and the principles of general practice, this paper inquires into the role and function of community practising teaching in the teaching of general practice. COmpared with traditional medical educational model, the authors think that general practice emphasizes more on the effect of social, familical and psyChological factors on the prevention and treatment of dieases. A qualified general practioner should not only be able to diagnose and treat common diseases and high incidence diseases, but also have abilities to deal with problems occuring in the community, families, individual's behaviors and psyches. But it,s very difficult to foster those abitities by traditional explaining teaching method. They only can be obtained through community practice. In this paper, the specific community practising teaching methods which we used in 94-grade general practice reformation trial-class are introduced, and suggestions about the existing problems are brought up.
