摘要
1995年番禺口岸入出境交通员工553人,检出HBsAg阳性者55人,阳性率为9.94%。各年龄组中,以21～30岁的阳性率最高为15.32%,各年龄组的阳性率随年龄的增高而逐渐降低;货轮交通员工的HBsAg阳性率明显高于客轮交通员工的HBsAg阳性率。
HBsAg carriers among 553 crew members entering or leaving the territory through Panyu frontier Port in 1995 were investigated and reported in this paper. 35 HBsAg positive eases were detected, the positive rate was 9.94%. Those who age from 21—30 comes first in carrying HBsAg with a positive rate of 15.32 per cet. The positive rate of those who age from 31—40, 41—50 and over 51 carrying HBsAg are orderly 9.66 per cent, 9.30 per cent and 3.17 per cent. The results of the investigation revealed that HBsAg will be decreased with the increase of age. HBsAg carriers among the crew members of cargo ship is higher than the crew members of Passenger ship.
