The author gave a brief introduction of clinical symptoms, Biotypes and serological types of cholera in this paper. The seventh pandemic of cholera in the world from 1961 were discussed. The exotic source and 12 main epidemic features in Chian was analysed. At last, The author discussed about prevention and control measures.
