高效液相色谱法测定进口食品中的人工合成色素

The Method for Determination of Artificial Colors in Imported Food by HPLC

摘要 本文介绍了利用反相液相色谱法、二极管矩阵检测器、Millennium2010色谱管理系统定量测定进口食品中常见的5种中国允许使用的人工合成色素,定性分析了6种中国不允许使用的色素。定量方法具有准确、灵敏、重现性好、选择性好、省时等优点,其相关系数均大于0.998,回收率为93~110%之间,变异系数均小于5%;定性方法简单、准确、可靠。 A quantitative method for the determination of five kinds of artificial colors that are permitted in China and qualitative method for determination of six kinds of artificial colors that are not permitted in China by Reverse Phase HPLC with Waters 991M Photodiode Array Detector and Waters Millennium 2010 Chromatography Manager was reported in this paper. The quantitative method has accuracy and sensitive characters, a good precission and wide linear range. The relative coefficient is 0.9982-0.9999. The recovery is 93-110%. The coefficient of variability is 3.53-4.66%; The qualitative method is based on both retentive time and ultraviolet absorption spectrum, so it's Simple, accurate and reliable.
