1995年秋,我们在一批来自YJ市ZP渔港的出口海产冻虾中检出埃尔托型霍乱弧菌,属小川型。现将调查处理情况报告如下:1 材料和方法1.1 样本来源1.1.1 从出口的海产冻虾中抽取样品。1.1.2 到产地抽取虾样、水样及海水样品。1.2 检验方法按常规方法进行培养。
Two strains of Vibrio cholerae were detected in the exports of aquatic product. The isolatsion were V. cholerae O1, serotype Ogawa, biotype El-Tor. The result suggested that cholerae source reseach in the aquatic product should be improved.
