This article reported that B-Ultrasonic Waves was used in the examination of liver, gallbladder and spleen of 5, 791 entry-exit travelers in changsha from Apirl of 1994 to Apirl of 1995. The result showed that 459 person were with vary kind of Syndrone. The total of positive rate was 7.92%, 122 were with fatty liver, the positive rate was 2.11%, 107 were with cholelithiasis, the positive rate was 1.85%. This study provided scientific evidence for enlry-exit travelers in international travel health care.
