摘要
本文提出了用一阶导数分光光度法,测定黄芩生药及双黄连口服液中有效成份——黄芩甙的含量,其方法简便、快速,无需以往繁杂的分离过程,具有很好的实用性。我们发现在302.5nm处的一阶导数值与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.00~0.04mg/mL,相关系数r=0.9994,线性方程y=15.28x+0.0736,检测限5.0×10^(-4)。
The paper has proposed a method of determining baicalein in either Huangqin crudedrug or Shuanghuanglian oral-liquor using derivative spectrophotometry. It has been found that a nice linearty holds between the derivative value of absorbance at a wavelength of 302. 5nm and the concentration of baicalein within a range of 0. 00—0. 04mg/ml, with a linear coefficient of 0. 9994. It can be discribed by a linear equation:y=15. 28x+0. 0736. The detection limit of the method proposed is 5.0×10^(-4)mg/ml.
