生物组织中水的NMR T_2测量

摘要 通常测量NMR T_2都要经过付立叶变换成波谱,因而要花费大量的时间和计算机存储单元。本文实现了对生物组织中水样品的FID信号进行直接测量并计算出NMR T_2,从而省去了繁锁的FT计算过程,并提高了测量精度。结果测得人血红细胞中水质子的T_2值为112.6ms,标准偏差为1.89ms。 Usually NMR T2 measurements were performed by FT to transform FID signals to spectrum, requiring long processing time and big computer data blocks. In this experiment, T2 were tested and calculated directly using FID signals without FT process in order to save time and data block. GE 2T NMR spectrometer was used for this experiment. Solenoid coil was designed and made with higher quality factor. FID signal data were collected using CPMG pulse sequence. Red blood cells suspension were pipeted into test tube after rinsing and centrifuging several times.
