采用反相色谱柱,以1,10—菲咯啉铁(Ⅱ)络合物为流动相添加剂,所构成的反相色谱系统可用于阴离子的分离,并可进行间接分光光度检测。研究了糖磷酯的分离测定。

1,10-phenanthroline was used as mobile phase additive for ion-paired chro- matographic separation and UV-Vis indirect detection of sugar-phosphates.The effects of an- ions in the mobile phase on the separation were studied.
