X—荧光能谱法测定磷青铜、青铜标样中的铜与锡

Determination of Cu and Sn in the Reference Materials of Phosphor—Bronze and Bronze by ED-XRF

本文提出 X 荧光能谱法测定磷青铜,青铜标样中铜锡含量的方法。本方法采用能谱仪中定量分析软件,选择正确的工作条件,测定37个磷青铜、青铜中的铜与锡。结果表明磷青铜、青铜标样中铜含量在72.25%—94.50之间时,准确度<0.2%,相对标准偏差<0.5%。而锡含量在4.24%—7.92%之间时,准确度<0.2%,相对标准偏差<5%。

Cu and Sn in 7 references of Phosphor-bronze,bronze were analyzed by ED-XRF. The results showed that the accuracy was<0.2% for Cu and Sn.The methed was rapid and reliable.
