多故障信息标志的临界路径跟踪

Critical Path Tracing of Multi-Fault Information Flag

提出了一种故障模拟方法——多故障信息标志的临界路径跟踪。虽然其基本概念类似于临界路径跟踪（CPT）和故障信息跟踪（FIT）,但是这种方法能大大减少扇出源的分析数量,故障在FFR中的传播比CPT中更加有效。本算法已用C语言在386微机上实现,并给出了ISCAS’85的十个组合电路的实验结果。

This paper proposes a fault simulation method called Critical Path Tracing of Multi-Fault Information Flag. Although the basic concept is similar to that of CPT and FIT,the method is less stem analysis amount,because it can eliminate quickly no propagation fault lines and its cone,the fault propagation in FFR is more efficient than CPT. The algorithm has been implemented in C on computer 386 and experimental results are given for ISCAS '85 10 benchmark combinational cricuits.
