摘要
This paper proposes the factor based random search algorithm which comes from genetic algorhm (GA). Good results for ETSP are obtained by using this algorithm. The paper consists of four sections: (1) introduction. (2) the factor-based random search algorithm. (3) numerical experimental results (4)conclusion.
