Improvement to the Experiment in Measuring the Vapourization Heat

In this paper, a new experiment method is given to measure the vapourization heat of water by electrothermal process. Compared to the commonly used condensation method, this one with all its advantages, is better in raising the accuracy of the experiment, as well as the rate of success.
