SPLITTING METHOD FOR TWO-DIMENSIONAL PHREATIC FLOW EQUATION

摘要 Two dimensional phreatic flow equation, which has been transformed, was divided into two parts - advection and dispersion by the splitting method. The alternating direction finite difference method and the alternating direction Picard iteration method were used to resolve the two parts respectively. Then, the validity of the algorithm was proved by the numerical example. At last, the comparison of the proposed method with the conventional finite difference was made.
