摘要
体育教学中的心理现象贯穿于整个教学过程,了解学生的心理年龄特征和个性特征,把握学生在教学过程中的心理活动规律,有助于学生掌握知识和技能的形成,有助于增强学生的心理素质,心理品质和培养学生体育活动能力.因此,在体育教学中准确运用心理学知识,帮助学生克服种种心理障碍,以保证体育教学工作的科学性、可靠性、坚实性,从而提高体育教学质量。
The appearance of mental effects is a common phenomenon in the teaching of physical education. A profound grasp of students traits in their ages, characters and the patterns of mental activities may help students master the kowledge and techniques in physical education,build up their psychological quality and foster their ability to join in physical exercises. For these reasons it is necessary and important to apply psychology to helping students overcome their mental effects,thus making the teaching imbued with the feature of science and reliability, improving the design and control of it and developing the cause of physical education.
