ON DISPLACEMENT OSCILLATION OF VISCOELASTICAL COLLAPSIBLE TUBE

摘要 The experimental and theoretical model of studying the displacement oscillation of collapsible tube were set up. The governing equations of displacement oscillation was solved by using perturbation theory. A criterion was presented for the prediction on a new type oscillation. Three different regions of flow state were shown. The influence of the flow velocity and wall viscosity on these regions was discussed finally.
