每当夜幕降临,黄河流域逐渐灯火辉煌。繁星似的灯光犹如点缀在城乡的璀璨明珠,它带给人们光明,人们不会忘记点缀明珠的人——中国水利水电第四工程局夜以继日地奋战,为征服黄河作出的无私奉献。中国水利水电第四工程局是国家核定的工程施工总承包一级企业。该局建局38年来,在黄河上游陆续建成刘家峡、盐锅峡、八盘峡、龙羊峡等四座大中型水电站,总装机303.7万千瓦,截止目前已安全发供电2100多亿千瓦时;目前正在建设的装机容量200万千瓦的李家峡水电站,年底即将发电;黄河中游的"龙头"电站——万家寨水利枢纽工程,装机108万千瓦,正在加紧施工;该局参加建设的黄河小浪底水利枢纽1997年即将截流。该局是一支实力雄厚、装备精良、信誉良好、施工经验丰富的水电施工队伍。现有职工1.4万人,其中大中专毕业生2574人,高级职称255人,中级职称869人。工程技术人员924人。
China Water Conservance and Water Electricity No.4 Engineering Bu- reau was established in 1958.It is a first grade enterprise of turn-Key contract for works construction ratified by the state.Now it has a total staff of 14,000 including 2574 persons with university and special technical schools'diplo- ma,255 persons with senior professional titles,869 with medium-class professional titles and 924 engineering and technical personnel,It has 167 million yuan capital and 151.6 million yuan equipment total fund with e- quipment sum per capita of 9973 yuan and 5346 sets of major construction equipment.Its annual construction capacity for major works are:5 million cubic metres earthwork,8000 ton metal structure installation,1.2 million cubic metre concrete pouring,100,000 metres for fundamental rock pouring and 1.2 million kw installation of hydaulic turbine unit.
