在世界屋脊的西藏自治区人民群众中,广泛流传着一个动人的故事——"当代包公"。这个故事的主人公就是西藏自治区审计厅的工作人员。他们按照《宪法》和《审计法》的要求,积极履行审计监督职能,在"八五"期间的审计工作中取得了可喜的成绩,为维护财经法纪,改善宏观管理,加强廉政建设,促进国民经济持续、快速、健康发展和社会局势的稳定作出了积极的贡献。——加大了审计执法力度,提高了审计执法水平,有力地维护了财经法纪和正常的经济秩序。5年来,全区共审计了383个单位,查出违纪金额46143万元,应上交财政金额2466万元,应减少财政拨款或补贴1696万元,决定追还侵占挪用资金707万元,处以罚款69.8万元,已上交财政1382万元。同时,还查处损失浪费金额687万元,累计可为国家增收节支4938.8万元。移送司法机关经济案件7起。
During 8th Five-Year Plan,Tibet Autonomous Region's audit units led by the Audit Department totally audited 383 units and found out total sum of 461.43 million yuan against the discipline and financial sum of 24.66 million wan which should be turned in and financial allocafion or subsidiary of 16.96 million yuan which should be reduced,determined to get back the occupied and diverted fund of 7.07 million yuan,imposed the fine of 698,000 yuan At the same time,these audit organizations checked out lost and waste fund of 6.87 million yuan and accumulated to increase income of 49.388 million yuan.In 1995,the number of the audited units and checked fund against discipline respectively increased by 88% and 9.4 times compared with the previous year;the increased income for the state amounted to 27.05 million yuan,increasing by nearly 5 times corn pared with the previous year.
