在新疆维吾尔自治区首府——乌鲁木齐市东郊风景秀丽的水磨河畔,坐落着一家赫赫有名的大型棉纺织企业——新疆七一第二棉纺织厂。由于它名声显赫,前往采访的记者络绎不绝。新疆七一第二棉纺织厂始建于1958年,是新疆第一家跨入国家二级企业的大型棉纺织厂,是新疆纺织工业(集团)公司的核心企业,也是新疆自治区纺织行业现代化大型企业。现有各族职工6000名,拥有10万枚纱锭,1334台布机,年产棉纱16550吨,棉布3490余万米。近年来,该厂凭借企业的信誉和优质产品赢得了市场。
Xinjiang 7.1 No.2 Cotton Mill is the first large-sized cotton mill ranking into the group of State Grade-Two enterprises in Xinliang Province.It was established in 1958.It has a staff of more than 6, 000 with various nationalities.Equipped with 100,000 spindles and 1334 looms,the mill can produce 16,550 ton cotton yarn and 34.9 million metres cotton cloth each year. The enterprise can produce pure cotton yarn,thread and cloth in more than 20 varieties and 13 products were awarded Excellent Produce in Xiniiang Autonomous Region.Common Combing 32~s was awarded Superior Quality Product by the Ministry and refined combing series products are the famous brand ones in Xinjiang.Combing 60~s、85~s、100~s and 120~s superhigh count yarns spinned with 100 percent long dawn cotton have filled in the blank in Xinjiang.
