这是一个没有硝烟的和平时期,九州大域正朝着繁荣昌盛阔步向前。然而江山代代出英豪,今日的勇士,就是能够直面人生的挑战,驾着生命的航船在市场经济的汪洋大海中乘风破浪的人。这里要介绍的,是泉州市经济开发公司总经理张剑民。1988年5月,应国家投资管理体制改革的需要,福建首家地方性投资公司——泉州投资开发有限公司(泉州市经济开发公司前身)成立,原泉州市政府经恊办主任张剑民出任总经理,从此开始了他的"下海"生涯。
