摘要
兰州炼油化工总厂是1958年建成的我国第一座现代化大型炼油厂,从投产到现在已有37年的历史。30多年来,"兰炼"人在跌宕起伏的发展历程中展现了他们勃发的雄姿和雄厚的实力,为祖国作出了应有的贡献。哪里有炼油田,哪里就有"兰炼"人。作为我国炼油化工的摇篮,"兰炼"近年来共向外输送了1万多名职工和技术人员,为祖国培养了大量的炼油化工专业技术人才,并形成了自己雄厚的技术力量。近年来"兰炼"的生产效益迅速发展,总结经验,在于两大方面:一是注重管理,提出"兰炼精神",形成"兰炼"厂风。首先是注重以人为本的管理思想,注重抓基层建设、基本功训练、基础工作的落实,以"抓三基"、"
Lanzhou Oil Refining and Chemical In- dustry General Plant is the first modernized large-sized oil refinery in China which was established in 1958.Now it has developed into supergiant comprehensive enterprise in- tegrating production of chemical products and oil refining;manufaduring,construction,in- stallation,scientific research and design cov- ering machinery,instrument and pressure vessels. The plant's pracessing capacity of crude oil is 5 million ton annually.It can produce 360 varieties of petrochemical products and 350 varieties of mechanical and instrument products.Its major production and technology for oil refining and chemical industry come up to 1980s' international level.Its main prod- ucts make use of international standard and its products enjoy highly reputation both at home and abroad for the quality.The plant has dozens of patents.
