浙江宁波,背山面海,气象雄阔,在90年代的浩荡东风里,经济建设的潮头更是一浪高过一浪。潮锋迭起之中,浙江腈纶厂年产3万吨腈纶纤维建设工程尤为引人注目;这一项目的主装置于1995年4月30日一次投料试车成功,使之成为名扬四方的"热点"。怀着关注之情,记者专程采访了浙江腈纶厂厂长、党委书记司连奎先生。在创业成功的喜悦气氛里.司连奎厂长向记者描述了浙江腈纶厂年产3万吨腈纶纤维工程的建设状况——
Zhejiang Province Acrylic Fibres Plant is a provincial enterprise jointly invested by Zhejiang Province and Ningbo Municipality.The construc- tion works with annual output of 30,000 ton acrylic fibres is one of the five acrylic fibres con- struction projects integrating technology and trade in our country with acrylonitrile as raw material using dry-method acrylic fibre techni- cal patent from Dupont Inc.in the United States and fully domestic-made equipment.The works contain 44 items such as annual output of 10,000 ton cotton acrylic fibre and 10,000 ton wool acrylic fibre,10,000 ton acrylic fibre wool products and related mating public works and living facililies.The works started in October, 1991;the works of acrylic fibre wool products with annual output of 10,000 ton was put into trial production since November,1993 and the main equipment in the works was put into trial run and succeeded only with trial once in April, 1995.The products' qualily indexes come up to the qualified level of the new industrial stan- dard.During the period of 9th'Five-Year Plan',the plant will construct a new set of 50, 000 ton wet method acrylic fibre works.
