大剂量肾上腺素治疗心脏骤停的临床疗效观察

Observations on the clinical Effects of Hight Dose Epinephnine to the Abrupt stop of Heart

观察了大剂量肾上腺素(HDE)和常规剂量肾上腺素(RDE)治疗心脏骤停的疗效。结果表明:①HDE组的心搏和血压的恢复率分别为73.3％和60％,与RDE组(35.3％和23.4％)比较,P<0.05;②未发现HDE有比RDE更多更严重的并发症。同时还提出了肾上腺素在心肺复苏中的最适剂量.

The clinical effect of high dose epinephnine(HDE) and routine doseepineph-nine(RDE) to the abrupt stop of heart is observed. It shows that;(1) The recovery rate of heart-eat and pressure in HDE group are. 73. 3% ,and 60%. compared with RDE group (35. 5% and 23. 4%)P<0. 05. (2)There isn' t any serious complications in HDE. group than that in the SDE group. At the same time we put forward the most suitable dose of Epinephrine to the recovery of the heart and lungs.
