97例急症胆道手术分析

The Analysis of Emergency Operation on Biliary of Ninety- seven Cases

对97例急症胆道疾病实施急症手术治疗,其中治愈94例(96.9％),死亡3例(3.1％),76例病人出现并发症及合并症(78.3％),21例行术后纤维胆道镜取石(21.6％),3例行术中胆道镜取石(3.1％)。就胆道疾病急症手术的有关问题及并发症、合并症的处理进行了分析。

Ninety-seven cases were belonged to the emergency operation on biliary,from January 1994 to June 1996,in our hospital.The result showed that ninety-four(96.9%)cases were cured,three(3.l%)died.In whom there were seventy-six who had com bined diseases or complications.Residual stones was the most common complication after the emergency operations,which occured in twenty-one cases.All these cases need fibre-endo-choledoscopy examination and treatment.This paper analyses the related matters,combined diseases and complications in emergency operations on biliary diseases.
