201例不稳定性心绞痛中伴发焦虑、抑郁情绪的共120例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规疗法的基础上加用阿普唑伦治疗。结果表明:不稳定性心绞痛常伴发情绪障碍,对焦虑、抑郁情绪的疗效与不稳定性心绞痛的疗效呈正相关,阿普唑伦是治疗伴发,焦虑、抑郁情绪的一种较为安全、有效药物。

120 unstable angina pectoris(UA)patients who were company with anxiety or depression in 201 UA patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,on the basis of ordinary therapy treatment group was also treated with alprazolam,the results showed UA patients often suffer from anxiety or depression,curative effect of anxiety or depression was passively correlative to that UA.alprazolam was a safe and effective drug in treatment of anxiety or depression for UA patients.
