应用气囊漂浮电极床旁紧急心内膜临时起搏抢救心律失常急症10例,结果全部成功,无严重并发症。本法简便易行,无盲目性,成功率高,是床旁抢救缓慢性心律失常重危患者行之有效的方法。

The balloon floating catheter for temporary transvenous cardiac pauing was applied in 10 cases with serious cardiac arrhythmias. The procedure were successful complet ly without serious complications. The results suggest that the method is simple and accurate for patients with serious slow arrhythmias. The success rate in this way is a high one.
