Supporting Anastomosis Tube for Radical Anus -retained Operation with Low Rectal Cancer

采用支撑吻合管行保肛性手术治疗低位直肠癌35例,指出该管及术式优点,适应证。认为提高低位直肠癌保肛术的根治率,应根据病理分型,Dukes分期决定术式及切除范围,并采用综合防治措施减少肿瘤转移复发。指出术中保留外科肛管组织越多,术后排便功能恢复越好。

Supporting anastomosis tube for anus retained operation was performed on 35 cases with low rectal cancer and its advantages indications were pointed out. It is belived that increase rate of radical resection in low rectal cancer should be based on pathologic pattern and Dukes stage-diving method to determine the operation and the extent of resection and complication prevention and treatment measure should be taken to derease the metastasis and recurrent of cancer. The more surgical anal canal tissues were retained in operation, the better recovery of defecating function would be after operation.
