采用肛门肛管整形术治疗复杂性肛瘘265例,治愈率为为98.5％,并发症发生率为1.5％。作者认为,本术式具有疗效高,并发症少,疗程短等优点。

Anus and anal canal plastic operation was performed to treat 256 cases with complex anal fistula.The curative rate was 98.5% and complications occurrence rate was 1.5% The authors believed that this operation has the advantages of high curative effects,less complications,short course of treatment,ect.
