肺结核患者血浆氨基酸与外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的测定及临床意义

Clinic Value of Mmasuring peripheral Serous T-lymphacyte SUB-group and Content of Amino Acid of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

通过测定30例浸润型肺结核患者及10例健康者的血浆氮基酸含量及周围血T淋巴细胞亚群的分布情况,结果肺结核患者血浆氨基酸中的亮氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸水平较健康者明显降低(P<0.01),其中复治患者又低于初治患者(P<0.01)。T淋巴细胞亚群的分布亦同上述三种氨基酸水平的变化相似,提示氨基酸T淋巴细胞亚群与肺结核的发病及预后有至关重要的相关性。

The objective of this study is to investigate content of amino acid in serous of 30 cases infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis(TB)and distribution of peripheral T-lymphacyte sub-group.Result:The content of leucine,threose lysine in serous of TB patients is significantly decrease(P<0.01).Distribution of T-lymphacyte subgroup is simimalar to three kinds amino acid's content as above,suggested:The content of amino acid in serous and the distributive of T-lymphacyte sub-group are related to morbility and prognosis.
