摘要
1991年4月～1995年3月手术治疗60例腰椎间盘突出症,其中合并椎管狭窄14例,椎弓崩裂椎体滑脱2例,手术疗效优良率98.3％。简要介绍了有关手术方法,讨论了有关手术适应证、显露方式、同时处理好突出和狭窄,以及严防并发症等问题。
In this article,we reported curative effect of operation in 60 Lumbar disc her-niation patients from 4,1991 to 3,1995. Resultes showed that excellent rate of operation reaches as high as 98. 3%. We introduced also the method of operation,discussed operated in dication,exposure fashion meanwhile treatment herniation and stenosis and prevent complica tion and so on.
