先张预应力混凝土空心板梁的施工

CONSTRUCTION OF 20m PRE TENSIONED PRESTRESSED CONCRETE HOLLOW PLATE BEAM OF HIGHWAY BRIDGES

本文从工艺原理、特点、工艺技术几个方面，论述了先张预应力混凝土空心板梁的施工技术。对工艺装备，工艺流程，定出一套工作方法。采用了双控措施，即控制张拉应力及张位伸长值校核，控制混凝土质量。

The paper discussed the construction technology of pre tensioned prestressed concrete hollow plate beam from the technologic principle, characteristic and construction technique. Worked out the working methods about technologic equipments and technologic process. For control the concrete quality to ensure tensioned quality of the beam , used the double control methods, that is: to control the check between the tensioned stress and extenison value.
