本文针对ＴＢ１０４２５—９４在新建铁路工程中如何组织实施，铁路混凝土预制梁如何分批“检评”提出了具体意见，并提出了过渡换算方案具体应用应注意的问题。以供工程设计及施工技术人员在推广实施ＴＢ１０４２５—９４中加以参考。

The paper proposes the specific suggestions concerned with the implementations of the TB10425 94 in the construction of new railway lines and the tests and evaluations in batches for the railway precast concrete beams. The problems which should be paid attention to in the specific applications of the interim conversion schemes are also proposed. They are valuable as reference for the engineerirg design and construction technical staffs in the popularization and implementation of the TB10425 94.
