ABSTRACT The design and theoretical basis of the large scale grid structure with partial members omitted, as well as gooa comprehensive economic benefit by its use for the first time in metallurgical heavy duty mill building are described in .this paper. The law of the internal forces redistribution is found, through which valuable practice experiences have been accumulated to popularize it further in industrial buildings in the future.
