摘要
本文针对一组粪检阳性、但少数感染者EPG(eggs Per gram)为0的偏态分布的资料,对感染度几何均数的计算方法进行了探讨,从而建立了人群感染度与病人感染度之间的关系,试图解决EPG为0对几何均数计算的困扰,建议对几何均数的计算结果重新给予血吸虫病流行病学解释.
For the calculation of geometric mean of EPG (eggs per gram) in epidemiological investigation of schistosomiasis,we try to find a way to analyze the data with a few of zero of the EPG values in the positives of stool examination,which skewness distribution. Therefore,the geometric mean can be calculated reasonablly and the relationship between the geometric mean in the cases and in the population can be established. It also suggested that the epidemi ological significance of geometric mean should be re-identified.
