药壶法控制爆破的应用

APPLICATION OF EXPLOSIVE FLASK CONTROLLED BLASTING METHOD

药壶法控制爆破，比传统的药壶法在药量和爆破面的控制上有一定的优势，比按尺寸爆破的一般方法在程序上又较简单。本文提供了这种方法的应用实例，对其过程和药量计算和打孔方法等技术关键做了详细介绍。

A controlled blasting method with a deeply drilled and enlarged explosive flask was adopted for blasting small-size foundation hole onto the design dimensions. As compared with the traditional explosive flask(with multi-drilling holes) blasting method, this explosive flask controlled blasting method has the superiority in which the blasting area can be controlled by using a certain amount of explosive. Furthermore, as compared with the ordinary blasting method according to the design dimensions, the Procedure of this controlled blasting methd is much simple.In this paper,the application examples are proposed,and the key techniques of its procedure,the calculation of the amount of the explosive,the method of drilling and enlarging the flask, etc, are described in detail.
