摘要
在室温300K和低温77K下对掺钕光纤放大的自发辐射ASE光源作了实验研究,发现用820纳米光泵浦时,在同等泵浦功率下,浸在液氮中的ASE功率是其在室温下的2倍以上,用830纳米光泵浦时,浸在液氮中的ASE中心波长将红移18纳米。
The characteristics of ASE in Nd ̄3+ - doped fiber at 300K and 77K was investigated. Pumped at wavelength of 820um, the output power of ASE at 77K was 2 times larger than at 300K. Pumped at wave- length of 830um, the central wavelength of ASE at 77K was 18um longer than that at 300k.
