根据鉴相式位移传感器信号的特点，提出了对其相位之进行计算机检测的内部计数法和相位跟踪法，以及相应的处理方法和过程。最后介绍单片机控制的容栅测角仪。

ccording to the characteristics of the signals from the phase-discrimination displacement transducers, the compmer measurement methods was proposed to get the phase through counting internally or following the phase shift, and the relative processing ways. Then, an angular instrument with capacitive grating controlled under single-chip microcomputer was introduced.
