摘要
将船舶主机排气余热用于发电,来满足船舶在航行时的用电需要,这是一个十分引人的节能方式。本文将多目标规划用于余热发电系统的优化设计。在建立的多目标优化模型中,将余热锅炉──汽轮发电机组的主要热力参数作为设计变量,选取系统造价和输出电功率作为两个目标函数。采用序列最优化方法处理多目标问题,用精确罚函数法求解约束非线性规划。最后以某集装箱船为例,给出优化设计结果.
Recovery of the heat rejected in exhaust gas from main engines to meet all shipboard electrical requirements of ships at sea is extremely attractive. In this paper, multi- objative programming was applied to optimize a waste heat recoveryturbogenerating system. A mathematical model of dual-objective programming was developed, in which a number of thermal parameters of exhaust gas boiler-turbogenerator system were taken as design variables and investment cost and net electrical power output of the system were taken as two objective ejections. Sequential optimizatinn method was employed to convert this multi-objective programming problem into a series of common nonlinear programming problems. As an example, the optimization design of a waste heat recovery system in a container ship by the mathod proposed in this paper is presented.
