摘要
在企业实施名牌战略中产品质量的含义不仅仅是产品的适用性和合格率,对于顾客来说,它具有更深层次的含义,它的存在形态有两种,即有形质量和无形质量.通过论述有形质量和无形质量等一系列问题,说明发展中国民族工业,必须要在提高产品有形质量的同时,一定要经营无形质量,来打响中国自己的牌子,创出中国的世界名牌。
To enterprises, the quality of product means eligibility and quality rate, but to customers, it means something deeper. Therefore, quality exists in two senses: visible quality and invisible quality. This article discusses issues concerning the two qualities and suggests that Chinese national industry should promote invisible quality as well as visible quality to create world famous brands.
