乌拉圭回合所签订的《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》是一个高标准、严要求的文献,它是知识产权国际保护问题的一个新的突破。作为当代国际经济发展“黑马”的亚洲国家,既要看到本国知识产权法律保护制度的已有的进展,又要看到自己的差距,重视自己承担的国际条约义务,昂首挺胸,把本国的知识产权保护制度进一步搞上去。

The Agreement on Trade-related Intellectual Property Rights' signed in Uruguay Round is a strict, high-standard document and a breakthrough in international protection of intellectual property rights. With the past achievements in legal protection of intellectual property rights and in the fast developing economy the Asian countries should on the one hand not ignore their gaps, and on the other, engage themselves in the fulfilment of their duties bound by international agreements and strengthen their systems of intellectual property rights protection.
