若干英汉否定比较句的语义分析

A SEMANTIC ANALYSIS OF SOME NEGATIVE COMPARISON SENTENCES IN ENGLISH AND CHINESE

英汉一些否定比较句之间存在一定程度上的对应，但又存在着某些差异，这些差异表现在否定比较句的句法形式、语义蕴含、对不同类型形容词的选择性以及语用含义诸方面。辨析这些细微差异，对英汉语教学、翻译也具有实用意义。

There are differences between English and Chinese negative comparison sentences as well as similarities.These differences can beshown in their syntactic structures,semantic and pragmatic implications,and the choice of different groups of adjectives.Such differentiations can be of applied significance in translation and English andChinese teaching.
