文章建立了一套完备的正则对称矩阵理论，该理论解释了文［１］中所提出的洛书的“惊魄之谜”，并在此基础上得到进一步的启发和理解。用严格的数学从一个侧面验证了从混沌—阴阳—现实世界的变化规则。

A standard symmetric matrix theory is built in this paper. It illustrates many mysterious characters of the Luo-Shu matrix in reference (1)and further from a mathemetical point expounds the rules which govern the change from disorder to Yin-yang and then to the actual world.
