噻氯匹啶和阿司匹林抑制血小板聚集的对比研究

Comparative efficacy of ticlopidine and aspirin on inhibition of platelet aggregation

观察了噻氯匹啶和阿司匹林对３８例高血压和冠心病以及缺血性脑血管疾病伴高凝状态患者血小板聚集功能的抑制作用。结果提示：噻氯匹啶可明显抑制ＡＤＰ诱导的血小板聚集功能，其作用强于阿司匹林，无明显副反应。

Platelet aggregation induced by ADP was assessed to compare the efficacy of ticlopidine and aspirin.16 cases of hypertension,12 of coronary artery disease and 10 of cerebral ischemic disease were 1ncluded in two groups,Platelet aggregation was reduced from 69.70±16.07%to 28.15±17.89%afterfour weeks administration of ticlopidine,in aspirin group from 70.43±18.46%to 61.41±20.84%。No serious side effects were observed in both groups,It is conclued that ticlopidine has remarkable efficacy on the inhibition of platelet aggregation.
