大鼠可逆性全脑缺血再灌注过程中几个脑区儿茶酚胺递质的动态变化

摘要 应用反相高效液相-电化学检测技术测定了大鼠全脑缺血15min及再灌注1h至7d纹状体、海马、丘脑及新皮质的NE、E、DA含量的变化,结果显示:缺血易损伤区特别是纹状体、海马存在显著的CA递质代谢紊乱,缺血15min海马NE含量增高及纹状体的DA含量增高是病理作用的重要环节,再灌注后出现的递质含量的进行性减少,提示神经元坏死或功能障碍的程度。另外,CA递质可能与EAAs相互作用,放大了CA递质介导的病理损害。 Contents of DA,NE and E in hippocampus,thalamus,striatum and neocortex of Wistar rat brains were assayed by high-performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detector during 15 min global ischemia and different periods of postischemic reperfusion.The results showed that there were metabolic disorders in the zones of selective ischemic vulnerability,especially in hippocampus and striatum.We considered that CA played a major role in mediating selective neuronal damage.That the NE content in hippocampus and the DA con tent in striatum increased during ischemia was a key event of pathophysiology,The decreased contentsof NE or DA after reperfusion might imply the severity of neuronal dysfunction or neuronal necrosis.In addition,CA might cooperate with EAAs,which amplified the pathological role of CA.
